About The Gallery

Space of Time Gallery launched in the Spring 2024, in the setting of an ecological modern farmland outskirts of the historic city of Beijing, China.

Co-founded by contemporary visual artist Dori Deng (UK) and antique furniture dealer Pan Shaofan (CN), the gallery is seeded by the core concept of presenting curated collections with expressions capturing the essence of time. From antique Chinese furniture and craft objects to contemporary artworks, the gallery exhibited unique pieces with a strong presence and traces of time. Through the modernised traditional Chinese architecture and the agriculture surrounding, the gallery curated exhibitions and interior space specifically responding to the context of the land and seasons — the space and time.

The gallery aspired to integrate art, nature and living together organically, bypassing boundaries between art forms. Connecting through architecture and land, Space of Time Gallery provides experiences of art beyond time.
